Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Protest Coordinator

  • Assist the firm’s attorneys and tax professionals in retrieving and inputting data regarding clients’ properties and property research
  • Enter various levels of data with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communicate with clients to request documents pertaining to their properties
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Coordinate document filings and administrative hearings
  • Understand the property tax process, including a working knowledge of all notices, orders and forms utilized by Texas appraisal districts
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with appraisal districts when requesting information

Qualifications

Education of the Protest Coordinator
  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience of the Protest Coordinator
  • General Office : 2 years (Preferred)


Qualifications of the Protest Coordinator

  • Computer proficiency in MS Office especially Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Professional oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to successfully multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to process large volumes of information efficiently and accurately
  • Punctual and reliable team member
  • Helpful and friendly demeanor
  • Must be team oriented and have ability to work with other personnel collaboratively
